摘要
对11个羊草有性繁殖相关性状进行了考察,对287个单穗的穗长、小穗数、小花数、结实数、单穗粒重、千粒重、结实率及每小穗的小花数的一级和二级数据进行了系统的相关和回归分析。结果表明,各性状按变异系数的大小依次排序如下:单穗粒重>结实数>小花数>每小穗的小花数>结实率>小穗数>穗长>千粒重;穗长、小穗数等7个性状均与单穗粒重有显著正相关,但结实数与单穗粒重的相关系数最大(0.908),应当作为评价羊草有性繁殖的重要指标;千粒重与单穗粒重虽也存在显著正相关,但相关系数较小(0.197),而研究较多的结实率性状与单穗粒重的相关系数则居中(0.506)。根据标准回归系数,本研究确定了如下最优多元线性回归方程:Y=-0.342+0.003X1+0.109X5+0.001X4+0.001X6。
Eleven different characters relating to sexual propagation of Leymus chinensis were investigated in this paper. The correlation and regression analysis were done using raw and second data from 287 single spikes, such as the length of spike, the number of spikelet, the number of floret, the number of seed setting, the weight of grains per spike, the thousandgrain weight, the seed setting percentage and the number of floret per spikelet. The results indicated that the variance degree of all the investigated characters was ordered based on the value of variance coefficient as follows: the weight of grains per spike>the number of seed setting>the number of floret>the number of floret per spikelet>the seed setting percentage>the number of spikelet>length of spike>the thousandgrain weight. The other seven properties showed correlation with the weight of grains per spike at significance level; furthermore, the value of correlation coefficient between the number of seed setting and the weight of grains per spike was the largest (0.908), which should be regarded as an important index to evaluate the sexual propagation of Leymus chinensis. The value of correlation coefficient between the thousandgrain weight and the weight of grains per spike was the lowest (0.197) in spite of their showing correlation at significance level. An optimized multiterm regression linear equation was set up based on the standard regress coefficient: Y=-0.342+0.003 X1+0.109 X5+0.001 X4+0.001 X6 in which y means the weight of grains per spike; x1 the number of seed seting; x5 the thousandgrain weight; x4 the number of floret and x6 the seed setting percentage.
