铈对铝铜合金—Al_2O_3颗粒复合材料界面的影响

摘要 本文探讨了铈对铝铜合金—Al_2O_3颗粒复合材料界面的影响。结果表明,适量铈可以改善铝铜合金与Al_2O_3间的润湿性能,提高界面结合强度。但未发现界面反应相,界面仍属于直接结合类型。凝固过程中,颗粒与凝固相界面相互作用的结果,导致颗粒大多分布于胞晶或树枝晶间。 The effect of cerium upon the interface between Al2O3 particle and Al-Cu alloy is investigated in this paper. The results show that the wettability between Al2O3 particle and Al-Cu alloy and the combining strength of the interface can be improved by an appropriate amount of cerium. Because the interface reaction phases have not been found, the interface is believed as a type of direct combination. During the solidification, the interaction between the particle and the solidifying phase results in that larger amount of particles are distributed in the cellular crystals or the dentritic crystals, no notable effect of cerium on the distribution of Al2O3 particle can be found.
