摘要
研究了近门槛区单周过载对 40Cr钢热处理组织Ⅰ型疲劳门槛的影响。实验表明 :四种组织过载后疲劳门槛均会提高 ,其幅度随过载比的加大和材料屈服强度的降低而增加 ;过载效应是裂尖钝化、裂尖附近残余压应力和裂尖尾部塑性诱导闭合等共同作用的结果。控轧控冷组织与正火组织、锻热淬火组织与调质组织分别对比 。
The effect of single overload on ModeⅠfatigue threshold was studied for 40Cr steel with different treating conditions in the near threshold region. The experimental results show that, a tensile overload was followed by higher fatigue threshold and higher overloading ratio and lower material yield strength accompanied higher fatigue threshold. The overload effects were controlled by various factors such as crack blunting, residual compressive stress ahead of the crack tip and crack closure induced by wake zone plasticity. The similar overload effects of fatigue crack were found for controlled rolling\|cooling and normalizing conditions, and for forging\|quenching and quenching\|tempering conditions, respectively.
