摘要 用反应物总质量70%的不干性蓖麻油代替干性油,在210℃先与甘油进行醇解反应,然后将反应物在同温度下与邻苯二甲酸酐进行酯化反应,合成了醇酸树脂类溶脂性医用不干胶。此类不干胶的不干性大于50d,迁移性小于2 5%,耐水性大于10min,180°剥离强度大于10N/25mm。比现在使用的丙烯酸酯及橡胶类医用不干胶对脂性药物具有更好的相溶性,有更强的粘接强度及耐水性,可多次反复使用,对皮肤无刺激作用。 The alkyd resin type pressuresensitive adhesive used in medicine was synthesized using nondrying castor oil as a substitute for drying oil.Compared with the polyacrylic ester and rubber type pressuresensitive adhesive widely used in medicine at present, the alkyd resin type adhesive shows a better compatibility with oiliness drug.The trasference rate is below 25%,the water resisting and nondrying periods are longer than 20 min and 50 d respectively.The product can be used repeatedly and is strongly adhesive, innocuous and nonirritating to skin.
