摘要
揭示了人本管理思想的基本内涵,在分析高校图书馆管理现状的基础上,提出了高校图书馆管理创新的内容,阐述了人本管理思想在图书馆管理创新中的现实意义及在图书馆管理中的地位和作用,论述了运用人本管理思想卓有成效地开展思想政治工作,调动馆员的积极性,创新人事管理制度,创建有中国特色的高校图书馆文化等几方面问题。
This paper first introduces the basic implications of man-based management concept and then based on the analysis of the current status of academic library management, the author proposes the innovative content of the academic library management. It describes the importance and role of man-based library management and discusses the possible practices of this kind of management in libraries.
