摘要
目的 :探讨万拉法新合并低功率HE -NE激光治疗抑郁症的临床疗效及不良反应。方法 :将 76例抑郁症患者分为研究组 38例 (万拉法新合并激光 ) ,对照组 38例 (单用万拉法新 )并对临床资料进行分析用HAMD、CGI和SERS评定其临床疗效和不良反应。结果 :两组在第 4周末的HAMD总分减分率为 76 % ,对照组为 64 % ,两组减分率比较差异有显著性 (P <0 0 1 )。结论 :低功率HE
Objective:To explore t he clinical effects with venlafxin e and low-power He-Ne laser in the treatment of depressive patients M ethod:76 patients with depression were assigned into treatment grou ps:①Venlafxine and laser treatment as intervention group(38),②Venlafx ine treatment as control group(38) ,Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),C GI and STRS were used to measure th e efficacy and side effects Result s:Total reduction rate of HAMD in i ntervention group is 76%,control g roup is 64% on the end of fourth w eek There are significant differen ces in two group(p<0 01) Conclusio n:The low-power He-Ne laser has go od accessory effetts on depressive patients
