摘要
目的:探讨弓齿形状记忆接骨器的生物力学特性,为临床应用提供记忆生物力学依据。方法:采用莫尔原理计算弓齿形状记忆接骨器在骨折断面及周围所产生的应力并构建应力场;同时应用实验力学方法对弓齿形状记忆接骨器载荷形变进行测定。结果:生物力学计算求得弓齿形状记忆接骨器受力P和位移δ之间的关系为:P=13.69δ,实验测定发现弓齿形状记忆接骨器的受力与位移之间呈线性关系。结论:在弓齿形状记忆接骨器材料的弹性范围内,弓齿形状记忆接骨器的受力与位移之间呈线性关系,计算结果与测定结果相当一致。
AIM:To explore the biomechanical character of arch dens shape memory cennector,which can offer memory biomechanical basis for clinical use.METHOD:By means of calculating and experimental method,we calculate the stress in or around the fracture face which produced by arch dens shape memory cennector,and we also estimate the relationship between load and shape of arch dens shape memory cennector.RESULT:The relationship between P and is:by biomechanical calculation,and we also found the relationship between load and placement is linear relation. CONCLUSION:The relationship between load and placement is linear relation on the range of elastic charaterics of shape memory alloy and the calculating result is suitable coincide with the experimental result.
