摘要
介绍了一种利用常规PID采用四支路温差与四支路流量串联,实现了四支路温差控制的方法;该方法与其他的控制方案比较计算量小,且减少了由于PC机与DCS通讯中断和PC机死机带来的风险,可以在DCS中实时监测,实时计算、实时控制、实际使用中也取得了较好的控制效果。
The way that controlling the fourbranch temperature difference by using PID and the fourbranch temperature difference with rate of flow serieswound is presented; compared with others, less computation and reduced the risk caused from suspension between PC and DCS, or PC's get stuck. Moreover it can complete real time supervision, compute and control simultaneously in DCS. In practice it also can attain fairly good effects.
