摘要
职业经理人群体在中国的出现还是近几年的事情。但是,职业经理人制度进入中国并非一帆风顺,老板和职业经理人各有各的小九九,职业经理人对老板怨声载道,老板对职业经理人也颇有微词,老板和职业经理人之间的这种“囚徒困境”困扰着中国民营企业的发展。作者分析了老板与职业经理人之间的“囚徒困境”的原因,并提出了双方走出“囚徒困境”的具体方法。
In resent years there is a new group in China - professional managers. But it is not easy to keep the professional system in China. The owner of the companies and the professional managets have their own thoughts. They are paying much more attention to their own interests and are thinking in different way. This situation is presenting the development of companies. This essay analyzes the contradiction between the owner of the companise and the professional managers and indicates the way to solve the contradiction.
