摘要
针对白腐菌独特的降解能力和漆酶在环境治理与工业方面的应用 ,对杂色云芝菌产漆酶的培养条件进行优化 ,得出较好的培养基的组成 :麦芽糖质量浓度为 1 .8g/L ,酒石酸铵质量浓度为 0 .84 g/L ,大量元素体积分数为 1 0 0mL/L ,微量元素体积分数为 2 5mL/L ,VB1 质量为 1 0 0 μg ,吐温 80质量浓度为 0 .0 5 % ,最佳诱导剂是二甲苯胺 ,表面活性剂是吐温 80 ,漆酶催化活性最适的 pH为 3.6 .
According to the biodegradation of white rot fungi and the application of Laccase to environment and industry, the condition of producing Laccase by Coriolus Versicolor was studied. The optimum culture components were: 1.8?g/L Maltose, 0.84?g/L Ammonium Tartrate, 100?mL/L Massive elements solution, 25?mL/L Trace elements solution, 100?μg/LVB 1, 0.05?% Tween 80. The better induction material was Dimethylaniline and the optimum pH of production Laccase was 3.6.
