摘要
本文提出了以新的手动伺服控制+超压(溢流)控制+超负荷控制的变量调节法,应用于液压挖掘机的液压系统中,再辅以部分闭回路和背压油箱来解决传统的液压系统的溢流损失、回转动能损失、空流阻力损失、背压损失等项能量损失问题。以此提高液压挖掘机的工作效率和能量利用率,节省能源,减少发热,降低冷却系统负荷。
This paper offers a new control way to the hydraulie system of excavator, that is 'manual servo control + overflow control + overpower control' , then the partial close system and back pressure oil tank are added too, so that the loss of the energy from overflow , turning kinetic energy and back pressure should be decreased greatly. The machine is enabled to raise efficiency and effective rate of energy , to save power, to decrease created heat and load of the cooling system.
