摘要
目的探讨舌动脉结扎后舌的血液供应及其来源,为临床应用提供解剖学依据。方法收集新鲜胎儿(6个月以上)尸体标本20具,随机采用以下方法之一进行实验:(1)氧化铅灌注血管造影;(2)甲基丙烯酸甲酯血管铸型及扫描电镜观察;(3)墨汁灌注透明及组织学切片观察。结果舌动脉结扎后起自面动脉的舌下动脉、颏下动脉成为口底组织的血供来源,它们与起自舌动脉的舌下动脉存在吻合;舌下动脉与舌深动脉之间存在吻合。结论舌动脉结扎后,舌体组织可通过口底途径间接从颏下动脉或面动脉其它分支获得血供。
Objective To observe the blood supply to the tongue following ligation of lingual arteries.Methods20fetal cadavers(over6months)were collected and one of the following methods was choosed to show the vessels of the tongue:(1)Angiography after lead oxide injection;(2)Vascular corrosion cast and scaning electron microscopy;(3)Transparant slices and tissue slices after ink injection.Results After ligation of lingual arteries,the sublingual arteries from facial ar-teries and submental arteries might provide blood supply to the floor of the mouth and anastomosis exists between these arteries and the sublingual arteries from lingual arteries.The anastomotical branches could also be seen between deep lin-gual arteries and sublingual arteries.Conclusions Following ligation of lingual artery,the body of the tongue will obtain blood supply indirectly from the submental arteries or other branches of facial arteries by way of the floor of the mouth
