摘要
宿主植物尾叶桉(Eucalyptusurophylla)和湿地松(Pinuselliottii)的水、乙醇和丙酮提取液在适宜的浓度下均对彩色豆马勃(Pisolithustinctorius)的菌丝生长有促进作用.当培养基中含有2 5mg/mL的尾叶桉根水提取液时,促进作用最强,菌落半径是对照的2倍,尾叶桉茎水提取液在0 5和2 5mg/mL浓度下对菌落半径生长的促进作用分别为56 7%和45 0%,0 5mg/mL的尾叶桉叶片乙醇和丙酮提取液对菌落半径生长的促进作用分别为55 3%和53 0%;湿地松根、茎、皮、针的水提取液在1 0mg/mL浓度下对菌落半径生长的促进作用分别为34 6%、34 3%、44 9%和51 0%.宿主植物的这些水溶性促进物质可以通过水淋溶、根分泌或通过水介质直接输送,从而对菌根菌产生化感促进作用.
Aqueous, ethanol, and acetone extracts of Eucalyptus urophylla and Pinus elliottii stimulated the mycelial growth of Pisolithus tinctorius. The stimulation was influenced by concentrations. The stimulatory effects of aqueous and ethanol extracts of E.urophylla decreased with the concentration increase, while those of acetone extract enhanced with the concentration increase. The colony radius of P.tinctorius was enhanced by 100% when treated with 25 mg/mL of aqueous extracts of E.urophylla. Aqueous extracts and ethanol extracts of roots, barks, branches of P.elliottii stimulated the mycelial growth of P.tinctorius at low concentrations, but inhibited the mycelial growth at high concentrations. The aqueous extract of P.elliottii increased the colony radius of P.tinctorius by 51% at a concentration of 10 mg/mL.
