摘要
从MS和NMR发展变化的历史进程,分析研究了科学家为此付出的艰辛和孜孜不卷的追求精神;从MS和NMR应用范围的拓展,特别是在确定生物大分子结构方面的应用,向人们展示了人类对生命基础物质认识不断深化的发展史。
The development history of mass spectrography(MS) and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) spectroscopy applied to molecules which are from small molecules to biological macromolecules is analyzed.The scientists have worked hard for MS and NMR are applied to identification and structure analyses for more complex molecules,especially used for identification and structure analyses of biological macromolecules. The development history of improved understanding of the life processes in molecules level is presented.
