摘要
用电动力学和狭义相对论理论分析了2个运动电荷之间电磁相互作用实现的过程,揭示出近距作用观点与场相互作用观点的一致性,也是对超距作用观点的否定,分析表明:动量是第一性的概念,动量守恒定律是第一性的定律,而力的概念和牛顿第三定律是第二性的概念和定律,由此决定力的概念及牛顿第三定律只适用一定范围。
The process of the electromagnetic interaction between two charges are moving in electromagnetic field is analysed by electrodynamics and special relativity, so as to reveal right and wrong of views about shortdistance action and superdistance action.
