摘要
研究了金针菇(Flammulinavelutipes)多糖的最佳提取工艺条件。通过实验,探讨了浸提次数、时间、温度及pH对提取效果的影响。结果显示:当料液比为1∶20,温度为90℃,pH值为8,浸提时间为90min时提取效果最佳,多糖得率为0.833%。采用上述条件,在超声仪中进行超声波提取,20min时可达到最佳效果,多糖提取率为1.250%。
The optimal extracting conditions of polysaccharide from fresh Flammulina velutipes is studied.The extracting times,time,temperature and pH are discussed.The experimental results show that the optimal extracting conditions of polysaccharide from fresh Flammulina velutipes are adding H2O volume 30 times as much as sample, 90 ℃ for 1.5 h with pH 8, the yield of extracting polysaccharide is 0.833%.Some conditions,the yield of polysaccharide is up to 1.250% when the ultrasonic is used for 20 min.
