摘要
目的 使用铸造技术完成Herbst矫治器支抗部分的制作 ,为临床治疗提供新方法。方法 介绍铸造Herbst矫治器的结构和制作 ,并观察其疗效。结果 铸造Herbst矫治器能提供牢固的支抗 ,减少临床椅旁操作时间。结论 铸造Herbst矫治器是一种有效的治疗方法 。
Objective The purpose of this study was to develop a method to use the cast-splint Herbst appliance to treat the malocclusion.Methods The construction and manufacturing of the cast-splint Herbst appliance were introduced,and a case report was made.Results The cast-splint Herbst appliance could offer the firm anchorage to clinical work,and chair time was shortened.Conclusion The cast-splint Herbst appliance is an effective treatment method.
