摘要
随着老年人口数量不断增加 ,以及对养老机构需求的增长 ,开办养老机构成为一项新兴产业。从公共福利政策的角度 ,研究养老机构发展存在的问题 。
During the process of population aging, the need for nursing homes grows rapidly.Based on a case study in Pudong new area,this paper discusses the problems relating to the development of the institutions and provides suggestions in the changes of public welfare policies.
