摘要
运用变输入转速机构的设计理念 ,提出一种非圆齿轮驱动变输入转速机构的运动反求设计方法 .该方法的第 1步以 B样条曲线描述执行机构输出构件的期望运动特性 ;第 2步以逆运动学方法反求执行机构输入构件的转速函数 ;第 3步设计非圆齿轮传动机构来实现执行机构输入构件所需的转速函数 .最后 。
Based on the concept of variable input speed mechanisms, this paper presented an inverse kinematic method for designing variable input speed mechanisms driven through noncircular gear drives. The first step of this method is to use B spline functions to describe the desired motion characteristics of the output link of the executive mechanism. The second is to employ an inverse kinematic approach to solve the speed functions of the input link. The third is to design noncircular gear drives to transfer the speed functions to the input link. Finally, two examples are given to demonstrate the procedure of this method.
