髓腔锉锉齿设计的测试平台及数学模型 被引量:2

摘要 通过实验 ,测定了不同齿形、前角、倾斜角的髓腔锉的切削力、切削面平整度、容排屑 ,给出了髓腔锉设计参数的量化评价标准 ,得到了较为理想的髓腔锉齿形 ,搭建了髓腔锉锉齿设计的测试平台 ,初步建立了设计的数学模型 .为髓腔锉的设计和使用状况评估提供了一种简单。 The aim of the paper is to built up a platform to test the tooth form of the intramendullary broacher and its parameters. And the paper also set up a mathematical model, which is efficient and simple to evaluate the intramedullary broacher design and its use. By the experiment, it tested the cutting force, smoothness of the cutting plane and the state of chip fluting and chip removal for different kinds of the intramendullary broacher with different tooth forms, hook angles and lean angles. According to the state of the tests it established a quantized evaluating standard for the design parameters of the intramendullary broacher.
