摘要
研究了一种内燃机油高温清净性与抗氧化性的快速测评方法 ,可以在数分钟内快速区分基础油和高、中、低档内燃机油 .该方法模拟内燃机油在活塞工作时的成漆过程 ,在 ( 330± 1 0 )°C的铝箔表面滴油形成漆膜 ,以漆膜的颜色变化考察内燃机油清净性与抗氧性 .根据不同的用途 ,开发了两套试验程序 ,程序 a用于区分基础油与成品内燃机油 ;程序 b用于区分不同 API级别的内燃机油 .
A method of rapidly evaluating high temperature detergency and anti oxidation properties of engine oil was developed. It takes several minutes to distinguish the base oil and high, middle or low API quality grade engine oil. The method simulates the varnish formation of engine oil in piston. In this method, the varnish forms on the surface of aluminum plate in (330±10)°C with test oil dropping on it. The detergency and anti oxidation properties of engine oil are evaluated on the color of varnish. According to different application, two procedures were developed. Procedure a is for distinguishing the base oil and engine oil. Procedure b is for distinguishing various API quality grades engine oil. Also, this method is suitable for discriminating poor quality engine oil in market.
