摘要
分析了机床运动副的误差运动学原理 ,利用齐次坐标变换对一台包含 3个移动副和 2个转动副的五轴加工中心建立了误差综合数学模型 .模型中不仅包含了几何误差且包含了热误差 ,共计 5 7个误差元素 .本分析方法可为其他类型的多轴数控机床。
The theory of kinematics of the error motion for machine tools was analyzed, and the error synthesis model of a five-axis machine center including three prismatic and two rotary type of joints was discussed by use of a homogeneous coordinate transformation method. In the model sum to 57 error components of not only the geometric errors but also the thermal errors are covered. It can be used as the reference of the error modeling analysis and the error compensation on other types multiple-axis CNC machine tools and robots.
