本文主要介绍采用 DCS500B 全数字直流传动系统、ACA600交流多传动控制系统和 S7-300程控器等完成的1300mm 铝板带热轧机电控系统,详细说明了系统硬件、软件设计以及辊道电机的控制思想。
The paper mainly introduces the electrical system of a 1300mm aluminum strip hot rolling mill with two coilers,which adopted the DCS500B digital DC motor controller,AC motor multidrive controller and S7-300 programmable controller.The paper also intro- duces the hardware and software of the control system as well as the control method of roller motors.
