Packaging Technology for Fresh fruit and Vegetable and Its Research Progress in Modern Logistics

摘要 从果蔬生产 ,采后生理 ,消费需求 3方面简要讨论了现代果蔬物流的基本特征 ,指出了果蔬包装的原理和包装的多重功能 ,论述了果蔬保鲜包装的主要技术环节及包装膜选择的科学方法。 The basic characteristics of modern logistics of fresh fruit of vegetable have been briefly discussed from three aspects of production of fruit & vegetable, post-harvest physiology and consuming needs, the principles of fruit & vegetable packaging and multifunction of packaging have been pointed out. The main technological steps of packaging fruit & vegetable, especially the scientific method for choosing the packaging films, have been expounded in detail. The research progresses in preservation packaging for fruit & vegetable have been introduced.
