摘要
从果蔬生产 ,采后生理 ,消费需求 3方面简要讨论了现代果蔬物流的基本特征 ,指出了果蔬包装的原理和包装的多重功能 ,论述了果蔬保鲜包装的主要技术环节及包装膜选择的科学方法。
The basic characteristics of modern logistics of fresh fruit of vegetable have been briefly discussed from three aspects of production of fruit & vegetable, post-harvest physiology and consuming needs, the principles of fruit & vegetable packaging and multifunction of packaging have been pointed out. The main technological steps of packaging fruit & vegetable, especially the scientific method for choosing the packaging films, have been expounded in detail. The research progresses in preservation packaging for fruit & vegetable have been introduced.
