摘要
北京到 2 0 10年要实现现代化 ,使经济持续稳定增长 ,唯一的途径就是实行发展战略的根本转变 ,把高科技作为第一要素。为此 ,提出 2 1世纪首都现代化的新概念 :业务电子化 ,技术高新化 ,发展持续化 。
The only way for Beijing in search of modernization before 2010 is to take up a strategic change and facilitate hi tech industry prior to others. Therefore, we try to put forward some new conceptions.
