摘要
本文从世界历史文化遗产保护理念和立法发展的角度 ,论述了历史文化名城保护在建设国际化大都市中的地位 ,阐明了这项工作与城市现代化、文化生态环境可持续发展以及培育民族精神。
By examining the development of the ideas and the legislations of the World Cultural Heritage,this paper discusses the importance of conservation of historic cultural areas in constructing the cosmopolis,revealing the relations between the protection of old city and its modernization,the sustainable development of its cultural ecology,as well as carrying forward and cultivating the national spirit.
