摘要
“依法治国 ,建设社会主义法治国家”的治国方略的确定 ,标志着我国社会主义民主法制建设进入了新的历史时期。大学生在未来社会处于主导地位 ,发挥社会主体的作用 ,从这个角度来说 ,大学生的法律意识状态影响着我国未来社会法治走向 ,未来法治社会需要大学生具备现代法律意识 ,因此大学生现代法律意识的培育有其重要意义。
The formation of China's ruling strategy, ' to rule the country by law and to construct a socialist legal state' signifies China's entry into a new historical period in the country's socialist democratic and legal construction, which is an immense social system project. The focus is the transformation of people's consciousness of law. University students will assume a prominent position in society in the future, playing the mainstay social role. From this perspective, the state of university students' legal consciousness has an impact upon the legal orientation of the country's future. The future legalistic society calls for the presence of modern legal consciousness in university students. Thus the cultivation of university students' modern legal consciousness is crucial.
