摘要
企业建立战略联盟是实现企业快速成长的重要模式之一 ,但战略联盟会遇到来自不同国家、地区的文化差异和文化冲突。文章分析了企业文化差异 ,并提出文化差异度与战略联盟稳定性的关系 。
Strategic alliance is one of the important modes in realizing rapid organizational growth. However, the strategic alliance will be faced with various cultural conflicts and differences from different areas and countries. This paper has analyzed the cultural differences, the corresponding relationships between the degree of cultural differences and the satbility of alliance, which further illustrates the mode and measures of the cultural differences.
