摘要
目的 探讨溶栓、抗凝疗法治疗急性下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床效果。方法 本组 6 6例DVT患者经尿激酶 2 5万U +生理盐水 5 0 0ml静脉滴注 ,每日一次 ,3— 7天 ;速碧林 0 4mi皮下注射 ,每日一次 ,3— 7天。结果 33例痊愈 ,17例显效 ,16例进步 ,1例肺栓塞。总有效率 98 5 %。结论针对DVT应用溶栓、抗凝治疗能显著提高疗效 ,安全、方便、易行 。
Purpose To research the clinical effect of thrombolysis and anticoagulant treatment when curing acute lower extremity deep veinous thrombosis Methods:The 66 cases of DVT patients of this group take 250 thousand units of urokinase and 500ml normal saline through vein injection once per day for 3-7 days,Take 0.4ml Subilin through injection under skin once per day for 3-7days.Results:33 cases have been cured,17 cases have had obvious effect,16 cases have been better and 1 case becomes lung embolism. The whole effective rate is 98%.5%.Conclusion:Using the thrombolysis and anticoagulant treatment on DVT can improve the curative effect obviously.It is safe ,convenient and easy to use and has the value to be disseminated.
