摘要
目的:调查新生儿肺透明膜病(HMD)发病与产前预防使用糖皮质激素(GC)的情况,以探讨两者的关系。方法:回顾性抽取本院1994年7月～2000年8月住院HMD病历101份,随机抽取同期住院孕龄相当的非HMD病历111例,各项指标输入计算机进行统计。结果:发生HMD组中产前使用GC仅6例(5.9％),未发生HMD组中19例(17.1％)产前使用GC。X^2=6.351,P<0.01。结论:对于高危发生HMD人群产前使用GC有预防HMD发生的作用。
Objective: To search the relationship between episode of neonatal hyaline membrane disease (HMD) and antepartun use of glucocorticoid (GC). Methods: 101 cases of neonatal HMD in our ward from July 1994 to August 2000 were analyzed with other 111 cases without HMD who were hospitalized during the same period and almost at the same gestational age. Results: In HMD group, only 6 patients (5. 9% ) used GC before born. While 19 cases (17. 1% ) in non-HMD group used GC before born. There was significant difference (x2= 6. 351, P < 0. 01). Conclusion: Antepartun use of glucocorticoid can prevent episode of HMD.
