摘要
目的 探讨肝硬化 Child- Pugh肝功能分级与电解质紊乱的关系。方法 对 2 1 4例肝硬化患者进行 Child-Pugh肝功能分级 ,血电解质检测由自动生化仪完成。结果 3种离子紊乱依次是低 Na+>低 Cl->低 K+;Child- Pugh肝功能分级与电解质紊乱有关 ,3种离子均数与 A、B、C分级有关 ,其中 Na+、Cl-变化具统计学意义 (P<0 .0 5) ,电解质紊乱的百分率与 A、B、C、分级具显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1 ) ;离子紊乱模式以低 Na+、低 Cl-最多见。结论 肝硬化患者电解质紊乱随肝功能的 Child-
Objective To explore the ralationships betweem Child Pugh degree of cirrhosis and disorder of electrolytes.Methods The liver functions of 214 patients with cirrhosis were classified by Child Pugh score system.The liver functions and electrolytes were detected by autoanalysers.Rusults The sequence of electrolytes in the order of their disorder rates was Na +>Cl >K +. The Child Pugh degree of patients was related to the mean values of 3 eletrolytes,especially Na + and Cl (P<0.05).The rate of electrolyte disorders in Child B and Child C patients were higher than those in Child A patients (P<0.01).Low Na+ and low Cl were mostly common in electrolytes disorder.Conclusion The Child Pugh degree of cirrhosis was positively correlated with the degrees of disorders of electrolytes.
