DNA修复与白血病耐药的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 DNA损伤修复的过程十分复杂,主要包括切除修复途径、DNA双链断裂修复途径、错配修复途径。DNA修复功能的异常使肿瘤细胞对抗癌药物产生耐药性。利甲DNA修复的途径降低肿瘤细胞的多药耐药性将为肿瘤耐药的逆转提供新的思路。
