西方蜜蜂不同蜂种及其正反交组合采胶力研究

摘要 “浙农大 1号”意蜂 (简称Ea)分别与喀尼鄂拉蜂 (简称K)、卡尔巴阡蜂 (简称C)、高加索蜂 (简称G)、乌克兰蜂 (简称W )、东北黑蜂 (简称D)进行正反杂交组配。在山东荆条场地 ,考察这 6个西方蜜蜂蜂种及 10个正反杂交组合的 15 0个试验蜂群的蜂胶生产性能 ,分析杂交一代的杂种优势。结果表明 :Ea是六个纯种中蜂胶产量最高的蜂种 ,Ea×C是所有纯种和杂交组合中蜂胶产量最高的蜂种 ,是培育蜂胶高产杂交组合的首选蜂种 ,其他 Purebreds of “ZND No.1” Italian bee(Ea), A.m.carnica (K), A.m.carpatica (C), A.m.caucasica (G), A.m.acervorum (W), A.m.spp (D).and their 10 crossbreeds were used in an experiment to investigate their productivity of propolis.The propolis productions of 150 experimental colonies were determined during the flowing period of chaster tree in Shandong Province and the heteroses of crossbreeds were also analyzed.The results indicated that the purebred Ea had the highest production of propolis in purebreds and Ea×C had higher production of propolis than the production of other purebreds or its crossbreeds.Ea×C was the first candidate breed for selecting honey bee line with high\|yielding propolis.There were negative heterosis\|effects in the other crossbreeds except Ea×C.\;
