摘要
目的 探讨完善宁养院家居医疗护理。方法 采用来诊接诊、家居探访、电话咨询方式 ,科学评估病情 ,合理镇痛治疗。指导、辅助家属做好家居医疗护理。重视心理纾缓治疗。随时了解病人病情及生活质量 ,及时做出正确调整 ,同时认真登记建档及严格麻醉药管理 ,完善医疗护理管理。结果 患者癌痛镇痛效果和生活质量明显改善。结论 家居宁养医疗护理能满足大多数癌痛患者的大部分医疗护理需求 。
Objective To improve recuperating health in home and medical nursing.Methods By ambulatory treatment, going home visit and telephone connection, we evaluated patients condition scientifically and did analgesia treatment rationally, directed and helped the family members to do medical nursing. understand patients conditions and Life quality at all times, then we adjusted correctly and improved medical nursing. Meanwhile we built record and strengthened narcotic management.Results The analgesia effect and Life quality were improved.Conclusions Recuperating health in hone and medical nursing can meet most of the patients with carcinous pains, and is a ideal choice of palliative medical nursing.
