摘要
目的 探讨健康教育对维持性血液透析患者生活质量的影响。方法 4 2例维持性血液透析患者随机分成两组 ,观察组 2 2例 ,对照组 2 0例 ,观察组在常规治疗护理基础上进行全面系统的健康教育 ,而对照组仅做常规的治疗护理 ,1 2个月后 ,比较两组患者的GLQZ生活质量指标。结果 观察组与对照组相比生活质量明显提高 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论 经过全面系统的健康教育 。
Objective To probe the influence of health education on life quality of maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods We randomly divided 42 cases of maintenance hemodialysis patients into two groups, the observation group (n=22) and the control group(n=20). Based on the routing treatment, the patients in the observation group received comprehensive and systematic health education. But the patients in the control group only received routing treatment. The lift quality indexes were compared. 12 month after treating.Results Comparing with that of the control group. Lift quality of the observation group raised obviously.Conclusions Comprehensive and systematic health education can obviously raised patients life quality.
