摘要
目的 了解老年糖尿病患者的血液流变学的变化情况 ,以便采取有效预防和护理措施。方法 将我科 1 997～ 1 999年 98例疾病组 (已确诊糖尿病的患者 )与正常对照组 6 0例老年患者的血液流变学指标进行比较、观察发现疾病组血液流变学均有不同程度高于对照组。结果 疾病组中尤其高切、低切、血浆粘度、红细胞压积明显增高 ,有显著性差别。提示糖尿病患者更容易发生以梗塞为主的微血管病变。结论 血流变学与老年糖尿病关系密切 ,预防、教育。
Objective To probe the hemodynamics changing of diabetes patients, and use effective prevention and nursing measures.Methods Hemodynamics indexes of 98 diabetes patients and 60 normal senile persons were compared.Results The plasma viscosity and packed cell volume raised obviously. This indicated that micrangium diseases was easily taken place in diabetes patients, such us infarct. Conclusions There are closely relation between hemodynamic and senile diabetes, prevention, education and guidance are the keys
