详细介绍了一种基于插入损耗技术的测量装置 ,以及如何应用该装置测量典型搭接试件的射频阻抗。通过分析与比较 ,证明该装置的测量结果是有效。
This paper introduces a measurement device based on the insertion loss technique and describes how to use this device to measure the impedance of typical bonding straps at high radio frequencies (RF). By analysis and comparison, the measuring device is proved to be useful.
