文章首次利用加入链霉素的PDA培养基 ,从光肩星天牛在旱柳上不同时期的 30个刻槽中分离到 89株 14个属的真菌。经鉴定 ,70株隶属于半知菌类的 5目 5科的 11个属 ;19株隶属于子囊菌纲的 3目 3科的 3个属。晚期刻槽内的真菌种类最丰富 ,共 13种 ;早期最少 ,只有 6种 ;中期居中 ,共
Eighty nine strains belonging to 14 species of fungi were isolated from 30 incisions of Anoplophora glabripennis(Motschulsky)in six willow trees using the PDA medium including streptomycin.Among them,70 isolates were identified as the Fungi Imperfecti and the others were Ascomycetes.The fungi species in the fresh incisions were more than those in the incisions produced during the previous time.
