摘要
国际经验表明 ,任何一个国家不引进先进技术就难以发展 ,技术引进更是落后国家追赶先进国家的重要手段。二次世界大战后 ,中国和日本都从国外引进了大量的先进技术 ,但其成效却相去甚远。本文从中、日技术引进若干问题的比较中 ,分析了其中的主要原因 ,并提出了相应的对策设计。
World experience proves that there is hardly any development for a nation with no import of advanced technology.Hence for developing countries,technology import is the key to catching up with developed countries.Though there have been considerable technology import both in China and Japan,the results are extremely different.The thesis analyses its main reason through comparison between China and Japan in several aspects of technology import,and proposes relative strategy design.
