骨质疏松症是一种常见病。预防对骨质疏松症非常重要 ,而运动是预防该疾病的有效方式之一。针对中老年妇女骨质疏松症的特点提出相应的健身运动处方。
Osteoporisis is a common disease and it is very important for prevention. Physical exercises is one of the most effective way. The relevant body building prescription is put forward to aim against woman osteoporisis.
