摘要
介绍了智能功率模块 IPM的一些基本知识 ,进一步介绍了东芝公司生产的 MIG2 0 J10 6 L型 IPM的内部原理 ,并阐述了 MIG2 0 J10 6 L型 IPM的内部保护功能。同时还给出了 MIG2 0 J10 6 L型 IPM结合分立元件在电机驱动中应用的设计方案以及 MIG2 0 J10 6 L型 IPM结合单片机在变频器控制中的应用实例。
Some basic knowledge about IPM is presented in this paper, further introduced the theory of IPM MIG20J106L made in Toshiba com.Ltd. Its application is also expatiated here. Emphasize protection function inside it. In this paper, the project of discrete-component and IPM MIG20J106L combination is adopted to design the inverter, mechanism of the production of three-phased PWM wave in the inverter is analyzed. Another example is the project of SCM and IPM combination.
