摘要
我国的素质教育思想古已有之。本文对先秦儒家素质教育产生的思想基础、教育目标、对教师的素质要求几个方面进行了研究。认为先秦儒家素质教育思想虽有一定的时代局限性 ,却适应了封建社会发展的需要 ,具有进步意义 。
People have quality education idea since ancient time.This paper discusses several aspects of the Confusianist quality education in the per-Qin days,such as its basic ideas educational goal and demands of the teacher'squailty.Although it had its time limit,the Confusianist quality education idea met the needs of the development feudal society.So it was progressive and is a great inspiration to us in our quailty education today.
