摘要
中国的水资源问题西北地区最为突出。关于解决对策各路专家众说纷纭。本文从分析西北地区水资源现状入手 ,借鉴其他先进国家科学利用水源的先进经验 ,认为解决水问题的出路是开源、节流、保护。以节流为先 。
Water resources in Northwest China is one of the most important problems. As opinions vary, the author uses the experience of developed countries for reference, and thinks that new water sources, water saving and water conservancy are solvable for the problem, among them water saving is key. Some measures of water saving are discussed.
