摘要
当前,我国炼油工业发展面临着全球炼油工业步入微利时代、环保压力增大、原油进口量增加、国内成品油市场竞争加剧、炼厂利用率不高和化工原料全部依赖炼厂提供等问题,今后的发展必须走精细化、集约化之路,依靠知识创新和技术创新,采用现代信息技术和现代化管理,降本增效,以低成本发展,才能不断提升我国炼油工业的国际竞争力。
At present,our oil refining industry is faced with a series of problems:it has stepped into a stage of narrow margin of profit;the pressure from environmental protection is ever increasing;the quantity of imported crude oil is growing;the competition of oil product home market is getting more and more fierce;the utilization ratio of refineries is low and chemical raw material has to rely solely upon supplies by refineries,etc.As a result,in order to increasingly enhance the international competitiveness of our oil refining industry as well as for its future development,we have to take the road of fine operation strategy and intensification, depend on renovation of knowledge and technology,adopt modern information technology and modern management,cut cost and promote efficiency and base its development on a low cost.
