摘要
针对稻米品质提升在我国存在品种改良推进慢、质量标准执行难、科学种植水平低、收获储藏不规范、加工秩序乱等难点问题,提出了稻米产业化经营、完善质量监管体系、加大政府领导力度等方面的对策和建议。
In order to improve rice quality,there were some problems tha t the speed of improving variety is slow,carrying out quality standard is diffic ult,the level of science planting is low,storing gaining is not regulation,an d the order of processing rice is confused.Refer to some advices and counterme asures:the management should be industrialized,the system of supervising shou ld be perfected,the effort should be aggravated by government.
