摘要
本文采用自编的《大学生职业价值观调查问卷》对山东省高师大学生进行了调查,探讨了山东省高师大学生职业价值观在职业选择、职业理想、职业评价等方面的性别差异特点,为高师大学生职业价值观的因性施教提供了理论依据。
This study investigated the normal university students by self- compiling test paper, explored the characters of gender differences of professional value outlook (such as the professional ideal, the professional choices and the professional evaluation) of Shandong normal university students, provided the theory basis for the professional value outlook education according to the gender differences.
