摘要
本文基于集群理论 ,提出人力资源集群的观点 ,分析了虚拟团队的管理机制 ,指出企业通过虚拟团队方式对人力资源集群进行管理 ,实现战略目标。
Based on the Clusters theory,this paper puts forward the viewpoint of Clusters of human resource,analyses the management mechanism of virtual teams,points out that enterprise will realize its strategic aim by means of virtual teams managing clusters of human resource.
