摘要
以某国产轻型客车动力总成液压悬置为研究对象,在深入分析其结构及工作原理的基础上,建立了该悬置系统的键合图模型和数学模型,并进行了悬置系统动态特性的仿真计算。与台架试验结果的对比分析表明,两者具有良好的一致性,验证了模型的适用性和可信性,为该元件的国产化研究和开发奠定了基础。
Taking a power train hydraulic mounting of a domestic light passenger car as an example,the structure and working theory of the hydraulic mounting was analyzed.Using bond graph method,a model of hydraulic system was set up and the dynamic characteristics are calculated by computer simulation.Comparing with experimental investigation,the predicted results showed good coherence to the measured results and the applicability and creditability of the model are validated.
