摘要
高校作为为社会提供教育服务的机构 ,它服务于社会并带动社会的进步与发展。本文提出高校提供的教育服务应包含通才教育和发展教育才能更好地推动社会的发展 ,体现教育的主动性 ;并让服务职能归位、教师再培训以提高服务质量 ;给被服务者提供多种学习方式和学习环境 ;给学生提供施展才华的时空 ,重新设定教学效果检验标准等教学改革。
Universities and colleges are organizations which provide educational services They serve the society,at the same time push it forward This paper discusses that educational services should include both all-round education and the development of education so that the society would develop faster,embodying the go-aheadism of education According to the current situation of the teaching of higher education,the following suggestions are put forward:Firstly,educational functions should be in the right place;secondly,teachers're-education would make the service of education better;thirdly,more different ways of studying and learning environments would be given to students;fourthly,more chances would be provided to students so as to bring forward their literary or artistic talent;finally,the re-setting of the testing standard of the teaching effectiveness would be done
