摘要
采用木质纤维材料与丙烯酰胺接枝共聚合成高吸水树脂 ,考察了原料配比、引发剂、反应温度和反应时间对接枝共聚物性能的影响 ,探讨了接枝共聚物皂化水解反应条件。实验表明 ,此部分水解的接枝共聚物是一种较好的高吸水材料 ,其吸去离子水量可达 12 0 0 g/g。
The synthesis of the super water absorbents derived from lignocellulosic materials was studied. Through experiments the influences of the initiator, monomer ratio, reaction temperature and time on the properties of grafting copolymer were discussed, and the saponification of grafting copolymers of polyacrylamide on lignocellulosic materials were also expounded. Judging from the experiments of water absorbability, absorption ratio and water retention, the partially hydrolyzed grafting copolymer of lignocellulosic materials is found to be an absorbent of good quality. It can absorb water 1 200 g/g.
